1. Nature of Products

All our products, including NEET PG previous year question banks, high-yield notes, rapid revision guides, and online courses, are strictly digital in nature.

2. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the digital format and instant delivery of our study materials, we have a Strict No-Refund Policy.

Once a payment is successfully processed and access to the digital content is granted, the sale is considered final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital products purchased, even if you have not downloaded or accessed the material.

3. Cancellation Policy

Because you receive instant access to our courses and materials immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction is completed. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct course before finalizing your payment.

4. Exceptions (Technical Errors & Duplicate Payments)

The only exceptions to our No-Refund Policy are:

Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same product, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded.

Technical Glitch: If a technical error on our website prevents you from accessing the purchased course, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours.

In such approved exception cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
